Impacts of glazing system design factors upon dynamic indoor thermal comfort incorporating solar radiation effects

چکیده

Solar radiation makes great influence on human perception of thermal balance and comfort. This study investigated the effect glazing system design factors comfort in presence solar aims to clarify relationship between performance through simulations. Specifically, a cellular office unit with different window sizes, types, shading devices was set for simulating environment based an integrated MRT algorithm that considered both longwave from inner surfaces shortwave radiation. The temporal space were evaluated long-term metrics including Thermal Comfort Availability (sTCA) Usability (tTCU). Under climatic conditions Taiwan, it found SHGC greatest sTCA/tTCU, followed by size overhang depth. Eventually, additive model chosen construct functional sTCA/tTCU main effects three important parameters as well their interactions. simple quick method we established is believed be helpful architects preliminary evaluation dynamic scheme early stage.
